A. SIGN OF PREGNANCY
1. Missed Menstrual Period
This is a classic and reliable sign of pregnancy particularly for a lady who usually has regular periods. Although some woman will experience implantation bleeding about the time of their period, but normally it will be either lighter or shorter than their normal period. However, there are cases where some women who will have period throughout their pregnancy. To confirm your pregnancy, there are a variety of home pregnancy tests available and some tests detect pregnancy as early as the first day of the missed period.
2. Morning Sickness
In early stages, most mother-to-be will experience morning sickness (such as vomiting food, nausea and smell intolerance). These signs of pregnancy are due to the hormonal changes in their bodies. “Morning” sickness may occur any time – day or night. For some mothers, morning sickness may be persistent, with severe nausea and spell of vomiting that can leave a pregnant woman at risk of dehydration and weight loss.
3. Food Cravings
Food cravings and aversions that arises during pregnancy are usually due to changes in taste and smell sensitivities. The most common food aversions are to coffee, tea, fried or fatty food and highly spiced foods. Giving into your food cravings once in a while is fine as long as one is eating a well balanced, nutritious pregnancy diet along with the craving.
4. Breast Soreness
Another sign of pregnancy is breast tenderness. Breast tenderness is experienced by many women, both during pregnancy and prior to their periods. Breast sensitivity is a common phenomenon in early pregnancy as the milk glands begin to develop.5. Darkening and Increase in Size of Areolas
Take note of the skin around nipples, if it get darker and the size of the area around the nipples increase, you may have successful conceived. This happen because the blood supply to breast increase, the veins become more prominent. However, this may also signal a hormonal imbalance unrelated to pregnancy or a previous pregnancy leftover effect.
6. Headache
Due to complex mixture of hormones coursing through a pregnant woman’s body, it is very common for a women to face headache then before their pregnancy.
